TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. THE PROMOTER: KP Snacks Limited, Fifth Floor, The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, SL1 2BE, England.
2. WHO CAN ENTER:
This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is open to UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry only excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion. The Promotion is not open to residents in the Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, or the Channel Islands.
3. Participants must have internet access to enter the Promotion. The participant is reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the participant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet, or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. This Promotion features across KP promotional packets and pub cards with one shared prize pool for the Main Promotion and one shared prize pool for the Late Entry Promotion.
6. PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
a. The “Main Promotion Period” will begin at 10:00 on Monday 31st August 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and will end at 23:59 on Monday 23rd November 2026 the “Main Promotion Period Closing Date”).
b. All participants who enter during the Main Promotion Period will also be automatically entered once into the “Grand Draw”. The Grand Draw will take place on Tuesday 24th November 2026 in accordance with paragraph 11b. Participants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@kpnutsfordarts.com in accordance with clause 11i.
c. The “Late Entry Promotion” is for all entries received during the “Late Entry Promotion Period” which will be begin on 00:00 on Tuesday 24th November 2026 and will end at 23:59 on Sunday 17th January 2027 (the “Late Entry Promotion Closing Date”). All entries received after the Late Entry Promotion Closing Date will not be accepted. Entries during the Late Entry Promotion Period are not eligible for entry in the Grand Draw.
7. HOW TO ENTER:
a. Go to kpnutsfordarts.com
b. Enter your full name, residential postal address, valid email address and mobile phone number.
c. Click the THROW THE DART button. The dart will hit either a bullseye, the number 20, or the number 19 on the dartboard (to win a prize) or the dart will miss the dartboard (to lose) dependent on whether the THROW THE DART button is pressed during a winning moment as set out at clause8b and 12d.
d. Only one (1) entry per person per day, during the Main Promotion Period and only one (1) entry in total during the Late Entry Promotion Period.
e. Any participant using multiple details (multiple email addresses/multiple mobile numbers and/or multiple identities) to access the Promotion will be disqualified and any Prize (being a MP Prize or LD Prize) will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant has already submitted an entry or met the entry limit and to disqualify any subsequent entries or Prize claims.
f. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. Proof of sending your details will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or entries received outside of the applicable Promotion Period will not be accepted, and you will not be entered into the Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
g. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Do not enter on behalf of another person. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant or household is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to access the promotion, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using multiple email addresses or postal addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that participant's entries, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, that person's entries will be disqualified, and any Prize will be void.
8. MAIN PROMOTION WINNER SELECTION
a. Before the Opening Date, an independent third party will randomly select guaranteed winning moments (day, hour, minute and second) during the Main Promotion Period and randomly order 595 x prizes being:
(i) 150 x £50 cash prizes;
(ii) 200 x £20 cash prizes; and
(iii) 245x Luke Littler magnetic dartboards (together the “MP Prizes”).
b. If your time of entry when you press the THROW THE DART button, and your entry is processed by the server, matches a winning moment, you will be awarded the prize randomly pre-allocated to that moment as follows:
i. If the dart hits a Bullseye on the dartboard, the allocated prize is £50 cash;
ii. If the dart hits the number 20 on the dartboard, the allocated prize is £20 cash;
iii. If the dart hits the number 19 on the dartboard, the allocated prize is a Luke Littler magnetic dartboard.
c. In the event that the THROW THE DART button is pressed at the same time by two participants, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry.
d. If no one enters at the winning moment, that prize will remain available until the next participant successfully enters.
9. THE MAIN PROMOTION PRIZES
a. There are 595 x MP Prizes in total available to be won during the Main Promotion Period being:
i. 150 x £50 cash prizes;
ii. 200 x £20 cash prizes;
iii. 245 x Luke Littler Magnetic Dartboards (12x Magnetic Darts, 1x Throw Line, 1x Wall Mounting Kit)
b. All cash prizes are paid either (i) via cheque in UK Sterling to a UK address and in the Winner’s name supplied at the point of entry; or (ii) via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner’s name. The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account. The Winner will need to provide a valid UK bank account number and sort code. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).
c. A household can win a maximum of any three MP Prizes during the Main Promotion Period.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT
a. In accordance with clause 8b, where a dart hits either a bullseye, the number 20, or the number 19 on the dartboard, then the participant will see a WIN message and be notified immediately on screen which MP Prize they have been allocated.
b. The 350 x cash MP Prize winners will each receive an email within 7 working days of their win. The MP Prize winners will each then have 14 days from receipt of this email in which to claim their MP Prize and provide valid proof of name, age, and residential address to match details provided at the point of entry.
c. Only valid ID matching the entry name and residential postcode used at the point of entry will be accepted. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of ID (passport, driving licence, council tax bill, or utility bill less than three months old for example). Business or work addresses will not be accepted. Out of date proof of identity or address will not be accepted. A mobile phone bill will not be accepted as proof of identity or address. Please note we can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry to confirm the information required in this clause 10. Winners that choose a BACS transfer will need to provide a valid UK bank account number and sort code.
d. If a MP winner does not provide proof of name and age and address or does not claim their MP Prize within the first 7 days, another email will be sent requesting contact be made within a further 7 working days. If no response is received after the second email’s expiration, or the MP Prize is not claimed within 14 working days of the initial MP Prize notification date, or if the required ID does not match details provided at the point of entry then the MP Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the MP Prize will be allocated to a new winner selected at the same time as the original and notified in accordance with this clause 10.
e. Once an MP Prize winner’s details have been verified, the MP Prize winner will be required to choose either a cheque or bank transfer, and the MP Prize will be sent within 14 working days of providing these details.
f. The MP Prize will only be sent within 14 working days of MP Prize claim in accordance with paragraph 9b. The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account or a different name
g. The 245 x Luke Littler Magnetic Dartboard winners will each receive an email within 14 working days confirming their win and their prize will be dispatched within 28 working days of their win. These winners will not need to claim this MP Prize. The relevant MP Prize will be sent to the postal address used at the point of entry.
11. GRAND PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE FULFILMENT
a. The Grand Draw prize is £20,000 cash (the “GD Prize”).
b. The Grand Prize Draw will take place on Tuesday 24th November 2026 and one winner of the GD Prize will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received and who have clicked the THROW THE DART button, in accordance with clause 7, within the Main Promotion Period (the “GD Winner”).
c. A participant can win both an MP Prize and the GD Prize.
d. The GD Winner will be notified by email using the details provided on entry, within 14 working days of the Grand Draw. The GD Winner will have 14 days from the day in which the email is sent to claim the GD Prize (the “Claim Period”) and provide valid proof of name and age that match details provided at the point of entry.
e. Only valid ID matching the entry name used at the point of entry will be accepted. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of ID/age (passport, driving licence, council tax bill, or utility bill less than three months old for example). Business or work addresses will not be accepted.) Out of date proof of identity will not be accepted. A mobile phone bill will not be accepted as proof of identity. Please note we can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry to confirm the information required in this clause 11. The decision of the Promoter on the validity of any ID documents shall be final.
f. If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the first 7 days of the Claim Period, another email notification will be sent. If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the remaining 7 days of the Claim Period or provide valid proof of age and identity in accordance with clause 11d, the GD Prize will be withdrawn and awarded to a new winner which will have been drawn at the same time as the original in accordance with paragraph 11b. The new GD Winner will then be notified in accordance with clause 11d, and a new claim period of 14 days will commence.
g. The GD Prize will be paid either (i) via cheque in UK Sterling to a UK address and in the GD Winner’s name supplied at the point of entry; or (ii) via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the GD Winner’s name. The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account. The GD Winner will need to provide a valid UK bank account number and sort code. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).
h. Participants who click the THROW THE DART button, will only be entered once into the Grand Draw regardless of the number of individual entries made during the Main Promotion Period.
i. Participants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@kpnutsfordarts.com by 23:59 on Monday 23rd November 2026.
12. LATE ENTRY PROMOTION & LATE ENTRY WINNER SELECTION
a. There are 5 prizes available to win within the Late Entry Promotion Period each prize being £20 cash (each a “LD Prize”).
b. Enter your full name, residential postal address, valid email address and mobile phone number.
c. Only one entry per person during the Late Entry Promotion Period.
d. Within 14 working days of the Late Entry Closing Date, there will be one random prize draw of all valid entries received during the Late Entry Promotion Period. There will be 5 winners selected (the “LD Winners”).
e. Maximum of one LD Prize per household.
f. All LD Winners winner notification, prize claim and prize fulfilment process will be carried out in accordance with Clause 10b to 10f.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever occurring as a result of a winner’s entry or acceptance of a prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or injury to a prize winner caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.
14. PUBLICITY AND DATA PROTECTION
a. Any personal information that participants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering this promotion, participants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion. Participants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here.
b. The surname and county of the Winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by sending an email help@kpnutsfordarts.com within 1 month of the Late Entry Promotion Closing Date. Winners may request their surname and county are not published in the event they win by emailing help@kpnutsfordarts.com before the Late Entry Promotion Closing Date save that disclosure to regulatory authorities may still be required.
c. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the Prizes won as part of the Promotion. The Promoter will not use a participant’s personal data for publicity purposes without the participant’s consent. This does not prevent the Promoter from disclosing the winner’s surname and county of residence in accordance with paragraph 14b of these Terms and Conditions.
15. GENERAL
a. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering this Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of any Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants or Winners failing to supply accurate information which affects any acceptance and/or delivery of any Prize.
b. Prizes are not transferable, and there are no alternative prizes, in whole or part. The Prize must be accepted as offered by the relevant named winner(s).
c. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
d. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner is not able to take their Prize.
e. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
f. By entering this Promotion a participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
g. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
h. Any unclaimed, or withheld prizes, from the Main Promotion will be put into a random prize draw (“Mop Up Draw”) of all eligible participants (in accordance with these Terms) within 28 days of the Late Entry Promotion Closing Date. Mop up winners will be sent an email to the email address used at the point of entry.
i. The MP Winners, the GD Winner, the LD Winners and the Mop up winners (including any substituted winners allocated prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be the “Winners”). The Promoter reserves the right to verify all Winners including requesting proof of name, age and address and to request ID. The Promoter may withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
j. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries made using anonymous, disposable and or temporary email services such as, but not limited to, Apple, Guerilla Mail, Dispostable, and Mailinator as well as any programmatically generated or manually created email addresses on platforms including, but not limited to Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or BT Internet domains, for the purpose of circumventing these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion if a participant or a Winner has used any such service and withdraw prize entitlement.
k. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or participants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.
l. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any participants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.
m. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
n. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or Prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.

p. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
q. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them. If any participants to this Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
